Personal Note from Clara Whalen-Inman
As a seasoned musician and worship leader for over 35 years, I believe my highest purpose for existing is to offer worship back to my Creator, God Almighty, Who created me in His image, and is deserving of my daily gratitude. I have found great delight doing that on a very regular basis, and each day still affords me the opportunity to express my appreciation to Him!
King David also knew how to express his heart of gratitude to God. We see in Scripture how powerfully the supernatural ability of God flowed through him as he played his harp for King Saul, leaving him refreshed and rested from a tormenting and troubling spirit… see 1 Samuel 16:23.
These two ambient-style instrumental projects, “HEALING COLORS,” and “MY PEACEFUL PLACE,” which I have recently recorded, is perhaps similar to David’s music, at least in my intention, for I have spontaneously composed/created each selection in the moment as an expression of God’s creativity flowing through me.
The ethereal sounding atmosphere it will bring to the listener will most likely remind them of heaven and God Himself. I have coined this expression of His creativity expressed through me, “Tehillah Music Source,” or TMS, for short, meaning “spontaneous and unrehearsed music sourced in the moment, and directed by the Holy Spirit.”
In a day when there is so much sickness, disease, anxiety, fear, and stress all around us, it is important that we all find a place to de-stress and rest. It is my heartfelt prayer that God will use this music as a tool to help uplift, de-stress, bring peace and well being to you, and add to any healing or restoration you may be needing in your body, soul, or spirit.
This music has been intentionally created to encourage anyone who will listen.
In particular, I believe that many who are dealing with increased levels of stress, anxiety, fear, grief and loss, insomnia, depression or other mental/ emotional illness, and those diagnosed as special needs – autism, ADD, ADHD, etc., plus all disabled persons will be especially blessed and uplifted as they listen and experience the peaceful atmosphere created in each selection.
It can be a blessing to to children, teens, and adults, alike. I would encourage anyone to experiment with frequent listening of this music if you find it to provide peaceful relief in any way. I’d recommend listening to the music at night before bedtime, in the mornings, or at other quiets times. I would love to hear your feedback in any way it might be of help.
